Despite it being a couple of years post legalization, the industries and their regulations remain in flux. The dynamism of the cannabis industry in particular requires a flexible mindset and a desire to keep up to date and current, which might not be a good-fit for those made uncomfortable by change.Advice to ManagementKeep prioritizing the client experience, the people, and the culture of the firm like you already are doing!
