This was my experience after eight years. The partners and senior attorneys are caring and very humble, and treat you with respect. There is an open door policy where you can feel free to talk to anybody at any time about any issue, and everyone is happy to help you out. It is truly a 'team' atmosphere. You will learn a lot here, and very fast; you will not be bored and will be exposed to both transactional and litigation work.
