Its one of the best firms in the area and I almost want to pinch myself every day because I cant believe I get to work here.ConsIts not for everyone – you have to be dedicated, hard-working, passionate, and not above receiving honest and open feedback on your work. If you cant handle that, I dont expect youll last long here.

1.0Former Employeeits worse than you can imagine. Anything good said has to be by management submitting a bogus review.Legal Assistant in North Charleston, SCRecommendProsYou have a job, thats it. A paycheck and a low one.ConsPulling into the parking lot. I gave it one star because I couldnt go any lower. Ive read the other reviews and they talk about gossip and employees. The employees are great, its management here that absolutely sucks. PTO? Yeah after youve worked three months, until then, you get NOTHING. It doesnt even start accruing until after three months. Pay? Worst in the Lowcountry. Upper management? She doesnt even know your name. Its a horrible work environment. You even gave to bring your own coffee. Ive never seen anything like this place and hope I never do again. Dont be tempted by the flashing sign saying Legal Assistants Wanted! And thats demeaning, but its the way employees are treated, herded in and herded out. Employees are treated like you would expect an ambulance chaser to treat them. Its awful, just awful.Advice to ManagementGive a damn. Employees are not chattel and you are not the reigning queen.
