What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm gets it. They have a strategic plan for their business, train and support their attorneys, help get you involved in the profession and community, work as a team, employ non-lawyer business people to run the business, support each other, focus on client service, innovate and invest in technology, are growing, provide personal coaching and goals, develop a plan for you and show you how you fit into the firm plan, have great clients and referral sources, act with integrity and respect for all, like to have fun, have new offices, don’t micromanage, support each other

What did you not like about this institution?
Formal dress code, high standards, regular communications, want everyone to follow the same administrative systems and processes, work in teams

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Some are still learning to lead and the firm is growing fast so they still need to come into their own.
