5.Former Employee, more than 3 yearsUnparalleled opportunity to growAssociate in San Francisco, CARecommendProsVery meaningful work for all lawyers including associates, sophisticated and interesting matters and clients, very smart (and down to earth) co-workers, great work environment (no BS face time requirements, great FiDi office space with snacks/meals/drinks, ping pong table, etc), very competitive salary, partners that will push you and force you to be a better lawyer.ConsIts a law firm and there are clients that genuinely need help so sometimes the hours can be long or unpredictable, but thats generally the case at any firm of this caliber. Also BHB tends to have a strong (and intentional) “startup-y†feel and is not like a traditional law firm if thats your preference.
