What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see a second office open up sometime in the future. I'm enjoying my time here and would like to see the firm eventually grow in size.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment is friendly, structured, and welcoming. I enjoy working with and learning from the experienced staff here. The firm is one of the best in the area in dealing with real estate, and I value my experience working here so far.

What did you not like about this institution?
It seems like it might be hard to move up in this firm. Not impossible, but hard. The associates and partners here are very experienced. It's great learning from them, but there is a lot of competition.
