What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that having a system in place where lawyers can be trusted to make decisions on their own is important to making sure that frustrations can be avoided on some projects.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the most professionally run law firms I've had the pleasure of working for. They emphasize a great work culture where every associate feels welcomed. The combination of working in an environment where you are able to do your job efficiently, as well as have a firm where they support your decisions is really important to me when it comes to being able to do my job.

What did you not like about this institution?
A few of the flaws of the work environment here at the firm deals with having to go through a lot of tiers of superiors when it comes to making final decisions on big client cases.
