What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider hiring more secretaries and paralegals. The firm would run so much smoother with just a few more of each.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really seems to care about the employees. They host a ton of fun events and gatherings, and are incredibly flexible when it comes to time off for family related matters.
What did you not like about this institution?
There doesn't seem to be enough support staff to keep things running efficiently. Secretaries are always behind and paralegals are sometimes nowhere to be found.
