What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to find a better way of dealing with employees. They seem to be passive aggressive towards unruly employees and need to be firm and provide authority.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My experience with this law firm should a good environment of friendly employees who were always very kind and helpful. I was treated like family within this law firm and everyone made me feel welcome from the very beginning.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately management was almost non-existent at this law firm. Employees could get away with just about anything; they always came in late, and nobody ever seemed to care. The lack of structure made it really difficult to take this business seriously.
