What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish that the partners would open up and spend more time with the rest of the staff. They are currently very cliquish and prefer not to interact with junior associates and support staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A lot of work comes through the doors here, so it's very easy to meet the billable hour's quota. Associates are expected to solicit work, but that is almost never necessary thanks to the firm's stellar reputation.

What did you not like about this institution?
The tenured staff, and especially the partners, is incredibly cliquish. It almost feels as if they are in a ""good old boys"" club that the rest of us aren't privy to.
