This firm is a great place to develop a career thanks to the training program, and the leadership team should keep it in place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The training program here is second to none. Partners are accessible and expectations are clearly set from day one. Communication from the partners are firm matters is clear and timely.

What did you not like about this institution?
Just like any law firm, the hours here can be long. It can be hard to keep a healthy work/life balance, but expectations are made clear so this shouldn't come as a surprise to new associates.

This firm should consider giving employees parking passes and finding spaces for them to park. Parking can be difficult and cause stress if employees can't find adequate parking.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a lot of great experiences working for this firm. The staff and I got along great and management felt like family. Also, my clients were absolutely wonderful and so sweet to see and speak to on several occasions.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only issue with this firm is the lack of parking. This law firm is located right down town and parking can be such an issue at times.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management is great, but the general work atmosphere needs a revamp, it needs more energy. I think the vibe of a place is infectious and this one was not for the positive in that regard.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the management here since I started, it was always very welcoming to me and to other new hires. I think the basic foundation on the workflow of the place is spot on, and I think their future is bright.

What did you not like about this institution?
The coworker situation was a bit troubling for me, since my issue mainly is in the general moral of the employees I worked with at the time. There is little energy, and it felt like most in my team were not energized to work on projects that needed to get done.
