This firm needs to expand their services. The ability for people to be employed in the firm is quite low and if they ever want their business to continue growing, they need to expand.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm shows a great deal of concern for their employees and offers a great work environment that is friendly and upbeat. Management is always there if employees are having issues and offer great bonus packages at the end of the year. They want to ensure their employees are happy and create a work environment that keeps work ethics and motivation high.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is its size. This firm seems to enjoy staying local, but if they ever want to increase their revenues, they need to expand. Offering more law positions would help boost revenues, especially being located in such a busy area.

What did you not like about this institution?
Non-collaborative atmosphere with poor leadership, not stable employment for a Paralegal and poor communication. Paralegals are not valued, Paralegals are not given a learning curve. The firm has unrealistic expectations of Paralegals. Lawyers do not work WITH Paralegals and lawyers do not bring you up to speed on cases when you are new, you are expected to already know and if you do not you will be dismissed. It is as if it is a game to hire and fire the Paralegal, the higher the number, the better. Tip: The one who smiles a lot...watch the eyes.
