Be there for your associates. Help them grow and try to funnel them the type of work that they want to do.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of freedom and autonomy. This is not the kind of firm that will look over your shoulder every day and wonder what you are doing.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not much direction from management or mentors. Most assume everything and get upset when mistakes are made due to poor training or processes. Can’t really specialize even though they say you can. The one thing I have asked to stay from I get stuck doing constantly.
