Keep those around that make the business great. That will attract more business and make things even better in the end. It is the best way.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was a great stepping stone for my career and I feel like I gained a lot knowledge from seasoned individuals to progress.
What did you not like about this institution?
I received an offer from another firm and tried to get them to match it. They did not want to go that far and I had to leave.

Find a balance with work and life. There are many responsibilities expected from you when you work at this firm, while it can feel rewarding, it becomes exhausting. Keep track of your superiors if you are in need of questions being answered.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working with this firm is very rewarding. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home with accommodating work spaces and organized workloads. It was a pleasure working with this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The long hours are drawn out and with most firms, this one has workloads that are tough. It can become difficult balancing work and life.
