What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that the leadership team should take a look at their current compensation package, including bonuses, and restructure it in a way that is more competitive with the rest of the market.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been very impressed with the training program here. It's very comprehensive and it's obvious that a lot of thought went into it. There is a clear path to promotion for associates who want it, and partners do their best to support anyone who wishes to better themselves.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay at this firm is significantly below market average. The benefits are OK, but the base salary is low and the bonus structure is uninspired.
