The biggest thing I always notice daily is how much every attorney truly and deeply cares about what they do and their passion to strive for the best possible outcome for each and every client. No one is ever alone here, if one person needs help, there will always be several people ready to lend a hand to solve any rising issue as quick as possible, which makes the office run smoother. All the attorneys are extremely experienced in each of their specific legal fields of work and work together on cases to better their clients outcomes. With so many different personalities in the office, the days are never dull, and everyone really gets along with one another in both a professional and social way. After being an employee here for so many years, I have seen myself grow and change in more ways than I could have imagined, and I owe it to Mr. Ciccarelli and all of my coworkers for teaching me something new every day.ConsEveryone in the office is held to a high standard, which may seem difficult to some at times, but it ultimately makes the office run in the most efficient way possible.
