What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really learned a lot from some of the people that I worked with here. A lot of the attorneys are knowledgeable in different areas of the law. The culture here is great for motivation. The pay and benefits are good. Management keeps the subordinate out of the loop somewhat when it comes to some important clients. It's not a major issue but I do wish sometimes that management would put more trust in subordinates to take the lead in important projects. I think it would be beneficial for the superiors at the firm to get some of the other attorneys more involved with some of the clientele.
