What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I sometimes wished we moved a little bit quicker on decision making, but that said, in my position with the firm, I'm happy we do not knee jerk into business decisions either.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The shareholders were humans. They were down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuine. The offices were also nice and in a great location in town. Compensation was and still is competitive.

What did you not like about this institution?
No complaints - there are stresses, deadlines, and occasional difficult clients just like every work environment in every industry. Overall, I truly love coming to work!

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
At times, we could stand to leverage the support staff a little heavier in order to respond to clients quicker, but as with all law firms there is a limit on how much the Paralegals and Legal Assistants can assist and directly work with the client.
