If the partners were to offer the associates more access to memberships to clubs and recreational activities, it might help with the stress during busy parts of the year.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are great here, but the thing I like the most about working here are the people. My fellow attorneys are smart and well versed in a lot of areas of law. I also like the partners.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours can be a bit much sometimes. During certain parts of the year, the work load can be a bit overwhelming and some of the cases require more attention by the firm.
