Staffing Issues on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe the leadership team should consider hiring more associates and support staff. Many people at the firm feel overworked, and morale is currently suffering.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really like the compensation package I was offered when I started here at Friedlander Miler. It seems very fair and is above market average. The benefits are top notch, as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm seems to have a serious staffing issue. This applies to both associates and support staff. The amount of cases that come through the door justify a much higher level of staffing than the firm currently maintains.
