What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A little more of a clear hierarchy could probably make some things move more smoothly and quickly. A variety of opinions are great, but a quick decision is as well.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unlike a lot of firms that tout their multicultural through forced programs and PR events, this is the first time I've truly felt a part of a truly diverse team that got there because of their unarguable merits.
What did you not like about this institution?
There can sometimes be a lot of disagreement between people and slow progress in sorting them out. It's hard to know who to listen to when.

Be prepared and ready to do anything. They are quick and experts in their field and looking for more of the same.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My time at Alvarado Smith was an excellent one. I learned so much in such a short time before I had to leave the state. Highly recommended!
What did you not like about this institution?
I would have stayed there for longer except I had other obligations. The only problem I had with them was how hard it was to get hired!

There is a lot to absorb when you first start out here. Take some time to get familiar and it will help you in the long run.

My time spent at AlvaradoSmith was short but very rewarding. They treated me like family and helped however they could.

The work is rough at first but once you get used to it it's easy. Be willing to ask questions when you need to.
