I have always found the principals in this firm to be among the most ethical clients I have dealt with.

Amazing, knowledgeable people and a very supportive team.

With a larger budget, it could be beneficial to build out our team by hiring for more specialized roles.

I appreciated the team I worked with and the firm's openness to optimize its workflows and try invest in new marketing tools and strategies. I've worn a lot of hats, but that has allowed me to gain experience and grow immensely as a professional.

Early on, our communication systems could have been stronger. This has improved significantly over the past couple of years, however.

Continuing to refine communication systems will only strengthen the team further.

Offer dental & vision insurance like most other firms. Offer hybrid or remote work options.

They pay 100% of an HMO plan for employees. The attorneys, the staff and the office camaraderie. Good starting pay.

They don't offer dental/vision insurance. They don't offer remote work.

Offer remote work opportunities. The main attorney likes to have everyone working at the office.

Expand your range of practice. Fix management's problems to make it run more smoothly.

The lawyers have a national reputation for being some of the best in their field. The environment is professional and innovative. I had an enjoyable time working here.

They are limited in the areas they practice. There were some issues with the way management runs things. Not everyone was easy to get along with.

Keep Jeffrey Nadrich from signing any contracts..considering the fact that he is prone to lying and non-payment. He lacks integrity and is the epitome of a sleazy personal injury attorney.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They talk a good game, but they lie to everybody. Their reviews online are fake. They dodge calls when it's time to collect payment. It's a scam.

What did you not like about this institution?
Signed a 3-month deal. Only got paid for one month. Jeffrey Nadrich has zero integrity. None.
