What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should do a better job of networking with other firms by holding more social events to cross promote with other companies. I think this would be good for revenue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have a great passion for the area of law this firm works with, such as cases dealing with intellectual property. I met a lot of great people here. The pay and benefits are good. The people I work with are smart and knowledgeable.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much networking done between our firm and other firms that deal with areas of the law. I think that has greatly hampered some possible client projects.
