Get involved and fix problems between associates so it doesn't cause problems down the road. It would make things a lot easier to deal with if problems were fixed right away.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I felt that I improved my career very much by working here and learned things that I could not find somewhere else. I leave knowing my experience here will help in the future.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like some associates tended to get into it with others and that made for some hostile meetings, because there were individuals that did not like each other.
