Horrible environment for women. Old washed up senior attorneys block any chance for advancement. Covington office environment is especially poor for women. Any younger lawyers with talent have already left.

Senior lawyers in Covington office. They create a hostile work environment for women and are only interested in maintaining their control on revenue. One senior partner who shall remain nameless is a charlatan and afraid to go to trial!
