What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The partners need to think of a better way to motivate some associates to get promoted within the firm to prevent the turnover rate at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I can't complain about the resources we are offered here at the work place. It's a great place to work. The pay and salary are good. My fellow attorneys are good people to work with also.

What did you not like about this institution?
If I can think of a flaw it's that it's a little hard to move up within the firm. I think it's this reason that some associates have left for other opportunities.
