Mikhail Yadgarov is the lead attorney and founder of Mikhail Yadgarov & Associates, P.C., for most of his working career, before he became an attorney Mr. Yadgarov was employed in the personal injury field. Starting when he was just a teenager working as a filing clerk in a firm and then moving up the latter as a paralegal, calendar clerk, negotiator, trial preparation assistant as well as other positions that taught him every aspect of this field.

This allowed Mr. Yadgarov to be extremely well rounded in the entire process of the Personal Injury Law practice. After obtaining his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law with honors (magnum Cum Lade) in 2013 through an accelerated program, Mr. Yadgarov opened his own practice to focus on providing legal representation to individuals who have been harmed in all typed of personal injury cases.

Since establishing Mikhail Yadgarov and Associates P.C., Mr. Yadgarov dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims in an array of cases. Mr. Yadgarov has always understood the importance of providing a strong voice to ensure that justice is served.

Especially during his early years in law school when he was part of the Elder Law Clinic, a program that provided pro-bono legal services to senior citizens over 65 years old, where he was provided an award and recognized for outstanding lawyering. Today, he continues to fight on behalf of those who seek his help. To date Mr. Yadgarov is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Yadgarov places importance on creating a great attorney-client relationship, meeting with each client individually, getting to know them and their story to best represent them. He guides his clients each step of the way and takes on a personable approach in his practice of law. Mr. Yadgarov has represented individuals in a plethora of personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, ceiling collapse, construction accidents as well as other types of injury related cases.

Over the years Mr. Yadgarov has taken all the years of experience he had learned from starting out just as a filing clerk to becoming a seasoned and knowledgeable attorney who knows what steps need to be taken to get the job done as well as the right and just resolution for his clients, he has created a fierce team around him, with staff that helps him effectively and successfully represent the rights of victims who have sustained injuries.
