Founding Attorney, Stephen Spano, is one of only three Massachusetts attorney members of the prestigious National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys’ Council of Advanced Practitioners. He and Attorney Andrea Witt are two of only 29 Massachusetts attorneys to be Board-Certified as an elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Our legal and financial team is composed of attorneys Stephen Spano, Francine Dawicki, Andrea Witt and Christine Hurley, along with a diverse expert staff. Bringing diverse backgrounds and a focus on compassionate legal advocacy, we work collaboratively to best protect the rights and interests of our clients. We combine the talents of a very dedicated and experienced staff, including paralegals, legal assistants, and life care experts, and other support staff to ease your stress and expeditiously resolve whatever issues you and your family may be facing.
