Gregg has tried dozens of matters to conclusion, and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Gregg has represented the manufacturers of many products, including surgical devices, industrial ladles, backhoe trenchers, truck suspensions, automatic doors and numerous hand and power tools. These matters include catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He has participated in successful alternative dispute resolution, including the mediation of toxic tort, complex commercial and product liability matters.

Gregg also specializes in compliance matters and has defended retailers throughout New Jersey against alleged violations on the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the New Jersey Weights and Measures Act.
