The public accounting careers of Brenda Pawlowski and Kimberly Dorchak crossed paths in 1999 when they began working together for Dennis P. Kotzan, CPA. Over the years, they worked together to grow the firm’s client base and professional staff. Their efforts and dedication were rewarded when they were promoted to Shareholders in the newly incorporated firm of Kotzan CPA & Associates, P.C. in July 2008. Over the years, clients had become friends, and staff had become family. Wanting to secure the future of Kotzan CPA & Associates, P.C. for both their clients and their staff, Brenda and Kim purchased the public accounting practice from Dennis Kotzan upon his retirement in January 2017.
