Overview

Before becoming a lawyer, Waverly Phou has been in the business world for 18 years. After she graduated from college in China in 1998, she worked for several world leading manufacturing companies, and ran her own business selling upscale household products in China during the 1990’s. After she moved to the U.S., she worked for an international investment firm primarily focusing on real estate investment and home remodeling from 2004-2009. Waverly held a California general building contractor license and a real estate broker licenses, and personally handled over one hundred (100) real property transactions, including complicated and lengthy ones.

Waverly believes in hard work. She started her first job as a front desk receptionist, and worked her way up to be a member of board of directors. Through years of hard work, she learned all aspects of an ongoing business from first-hand experience.

Law is a powerful tool to solve problems in life. In 2014 Waverly earned her juris doctorate (JD) degree from Concord Law School, and became a licensed attorney in California. Waverly was then able to synergize her extensive experience in business with her practice of law. More importantly, this combination has become a highly effective and powerful tool to understand and to resolve real life disputes and litigations.
