One of my favorite things thus far has been the comradery between associates and staff. Lether & Associates is a very collaborative/ open door environment, which makes it a fun and enjoyable place to work and learn. The location on lake union and various activities planned by the firm are also a huge plus. Tom and Eric are truly the best to work for and you'll learn a ton from them.ConsWhile the billable hours are high, the hours are easy to find and the rewards for working hard make it worthwhile.
