Hello! Welcome to the Anderson Trial Group. I established this law firm in 2020, after sixteen years of practicing law with number of different law firms in Florida, including the biggest personal injury law firm in the country. Since I began practicing law, I have primarily focused on representing people who have been injured because of the negligence or wrongful actions of another person or company. I’m a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. My firm mainly handles bodily injury and wrongful death claims arising from motor vehicle crashes and slip and fall accidents. We also handle worker’s compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims, and other claims involving injury and death. Nonetheless, when a client or prospective client of mine needs legal services that are outside of my area of practice, I always help them find a competent attorney to help them. You’ll never hear, “No, I don’t do that” from me. I’ll always try to help you, even if it’s just pointing you in the right direction or putting you in touch with another lawyer who can assist you.
