This firm’s founder, Paul A. Fino Jr.’s legal career started many year ago when he was a partner in Fino & Fino, with his father, former U.S. Congressman & NYS Justice, Paul A. Fino, Sr. At some point, when his father retired, Our Paul joined Allan White in 1981 and they went on to establish the well respected law firm of White Fleischner & Fino, that had a leading reputation in insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage which continued for over 35 years. Then, when that firm dissolved Paul Fino and Shelly Werbel, along with Allen White, went on to continue practicing law. Today, joined by Matthew I. Toker, and other talented, experienced and aggressive attorneys, have built this law firm that specializes solely in personal injury defense litigation and subrogation for the insurance industry and corporations.
