Yocum & Neuroth Attorneys At Law is committed to the community and the people we serve. Our managing partners, Tom Yocum and Julie Neuroth bring nearly six decades of combined legal experience to business and construction law.

Our firm focuses on prompt and cost-effective solutions for our clients. We are community-oriented and actively participate in non-profit boards and other volunteer services. Our attorneys are licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, in other states through Co-Counsel and temporary admission arrangements. Our firm focuses on construction and business law, including litigation and transactional matters, and we are equipped to handle a wide range of client needs. Everything from routine contract review to multi-million dollar disputes is within our scope. In fact, our attorneys have represented clients in many of the major construction lawsuits in the region. Additionally, we represent clients in cases involving arbitration and mediation.
Our firm will draft contracts and other legal documents, as well as handle business formations and represent clients in employment disputes. We provide consultation and advice for our clients on various other matters, including risk management and insurance issues. Tom Yocum also routinely serves as an arbitrator and mediator in business and construction law.
