Michelle O’Shea and Co are a firm of Licensed Conveyancers based in Nottingham.
The Company was set up in September 1995 and the Director of the Company is Michelle O’Shea. Michelle O’Shea has been employed in the conveyancing field since 1983 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 1992 and as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1994. During most of her employed career she was employed by two different house building companies in their legal departments and is therefore very experienced in new housing conveyancing. In fact, upon setting up in practice she managed to retain the instructions of the company she was working for at that time in respect of new house sales and continued to work for that company until it recently went into receivership.

We are currently a team of 6 comprising of 3 conveyancers and 3 assistants/secretaries and offer a friendly and quality service at a competitive price. We are not the cheapest firm offering conveyancing services but we feel that the service that we provide is more important than price alone. We currently use a case management system and update software called Intouch which allows us to keep you and any estate agent or mortgage advisor updated by automated email at various key stages of a transaction. You are also able to log in to your case to view it to obtain an update.
