Overview

KSTM is dedicated exclusively to the practice of matrimonial and family law. Our attorneys are leaders in their field and have been involved in some of the highest-profile matrimonial law disputes in New York State and Connecticut. We also represent clients in highly contested interstate and international custody disputes, including proceedings under the UCCJEA and The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
