Since we opened our office, Williams & Ackley P.L.C. has been committed to helping serve the people of our local community in the best way that we could. Our core principles have always been focused on helping our clients, being available for them and helping them navigate through difficult legal challenges. Our goal in every case is to put our clients in the best position to succeed, and we do not let obstacles get in our way. We have a team of hardworking attorneys and staff who are proud of the work we do to support our clients, as well as our veterans. Founding attorney Donald Kaltenbach began to practice in New Port Richey in 1972. Donald attended Stetson University College of Law, Florida’s first law school. After completing his Juris Doctor, he practiced law in the areas of DUI defense, criminal defense, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, estates, probate and family law. This variety of service, combined with the timing of when he opened the firm’s doors, has been the key to our perpetual success.

In 1990, to accommodate the growing demand for service, the firm added Stephen Williams as a partner. Stephen brought many things to the firm, but most notably, he is responsible for expanding the firm to include personal injury law. Thanks to the wealth of knowledge and experience that Mr. Williams brought, this new division has grown to be an integral part of the firm’s business. Today, we also have our partner Richard contributing to the continual success and growth of our firm.
