What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Restructure HR to deal with the issues between employees so that the atmosphere can be more positive. Pay employees what they are worth.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is small, so that fosters a sense of community. The work is fairly easy and workers are not pushed too hard. Decent balance for work and life. It is nice to be able to interact with everyone.
What did you not like about this institution?
So much laziness! Complaints and some nastiness between coworkers are frequent, and HR doesn't seem to take complaints seriously. Pay is less than average.

The firm has no structure and are 20 years behind in everything....HR is a JOKE!!!!
The place if full of gossip and they don't like people with experience......They love to hire individuals with no experience....Managing partner is clueless on how to run a firm.....
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All the good guys are leaving....Some co chair don't even belong in the role.....
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Old people everywhere......
32 people left the firm while I was there....Crazy!!!!
