What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice to management is to treat your employees with respect, pay them well, keep the loyal workers, and don't just lay people off after five years. That is unethical and shady.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The salary is comparable to other firms so that's a bonus, with some benefits as well. You get some work and it wasn't too hard to get my foot in the door.

What did you not like about this institution?
First off, layoffs happen every five years. Also, a lot more is expected of you than with other firms.
