The West Palm Beach office needs an office manager, some employees that have been there for a while are difficult to work with.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Compensation is competitive. No pressure regarding arrival and departures since you clocked in and out to account for hours worked

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of diversity throughout the company particularly the West Palm Beach office. Employees are extremely busy and overtime is frowned up. Training for specific jobs and software limited.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
The partners at the firm overall were very nice and respectful however some associates were not which was the reason for my resignation.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The hours were great and there is no micromanagement. The location of the firm and the building was great. Garage parking lot available.
