Management needs to do a better job of being fair to employees. Creating a hostile work environment only leads people to leave and makes employees lesslikely to return in the future.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does well with training new employees and offering good startup salaries. The salaries offered in this position are much higher than those in the area and offer great benefits within the first six months of being employed with the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, this firm's management and work environment is hostile and unruly. Management can be too strict at times and create environments that make employees feel uncomfortable and uneasy.
