What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Go into this with the mindset that it will be a fast paced and hectic work environment. If you are looking for a slow and relaxed environment this would not be the best fit. Keep in mind that also newer people will not get the best cases at times.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a long history and always has plenty of work. You will always have something different if you want. The benefits are great as well because this company is large insurance isn't as expensive as it is at other firms.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management is out of touch with most associates and makes decisions without consulting anyone before they do. This has resulted in the company growing fast and bringing in new associates. The more people the more chaotic it can be at times.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The only thing that could be improved is the hiring process which took more than a week with little to no notification during it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a very flexible schedule and extremely competitive pay. It was awarded the Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.

What did you not like about this institution?
The biggest con with this firm is the way they keep track of your time. It's done in six minute increments which is very odd.

I would suggest hosting more events for the associates and partners to get to know their coworkers outside of their practice areas.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every attorney is brilliant and passionate about their work area. A wide variety of practice areas allows associates to experience new disciplines before they pick the best fit.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is common among large firms, but it is difficult to get to know all of the other attorneys in a work environment this large.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I did not meet any partners at the firm that I did not care for. Some were nicer than others, but I wouldn't "avoid" any of them.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I love working with passionate people, and this firm is the best place for that. I learned so much and wish everyone there the best.
