What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The competitive nature of the workplace causes a lot of unnecessary tension. There is too much politics in the firm. People are trying to one up each other. It doesn't get the point of sabotage - but I feel that this may happen unless something is changed within the workplace environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is very good. They pay competitively compared to other firms in the area. The lawyers tend to be very experienced and really do their job with care and passion.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel there is a bit of a lack of respect within the firm. I feel that the paralegals are looked down upon. I also feel that there is too much politics in the firm. People try to look better than their peers, and there is a lot of people stepping on other people's toes.
