What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a focus on staff over billing. The firm should continue to offer good pay and benefits to its staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm has created an environment that is calm and full of kind people. The firm offers good pay and benefits. There is a work culture family environment here.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes it is really busy at the firm and results in higher degrees of stress amongst staff. The firm focuses on billing sometimes. The amount of work can also vary.
