What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to do a better job of treating clients as more than money prospects. I think classes that teach some associates at the firm about being more people friendly would help.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The amenities offered in the work place are great. The firm has a lot of connections with other firms, which is great for associates who want to practice in other areas of the law.
What did you not like about this institution?
I think one of the main things I do not really like about the firm is that there is too much focus on treating clients as monetary goals. A lot of the cases we do are also rushed due to the work load the firm likes to implement for financial reasons.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice to firm management is to keep doing what you've been doing in 2017 and 2018. It's like a burden has been lifted with many negative people now gone, the firm is better than I ever imagined possible.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Myers Bigel has such a positive culture. Attorneys are very pleasant to work with. The firm offers great benefits and flexibility beyond what most law firms offer.
What did you not like about this institution?
I've been with the firm over 19 years and I really don't have any criticisms of the people currently at the firm. A wonderful group of people working together to provide good quality work for the firm clients.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There are no current partners that I would recommend to avoid. The 15 partners at Myers Bigel are very competent and professional.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
My favorite thing about this firm is the people and the fairness. The group of people at Myers Bigel are able to focus on work each day without the typical politics you see in most law firms. That is in part because of the fairness of the non-traditional non-leveraged compensation system where all shareholders are paid equally based on the work they perform so there is no fighting about money.
