Be prepared to be held to a professional standard at all times. Don't step out of line unless you know the person you are talking to *very* well. It's a great place to work but you have to remember it's just that - a workplace.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very positive place to work. The people they employ are very professional and smart. They care about their jobs and the people they service. And we are all given enough resources to complete our jobs satisfactorily.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like sometimes they hold us to a very strict professional atmosphere in times that it isn't called for. They could be a little looser to feel like a more family atmosphere.
