Make pay a little more in line with the rest of the industry. More PTO. More firm outings, parties, morale boosters.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people who work here are some of the best. There always willing to help out with a problem or show you something new. New updated office.
What did you not like about this institution?
Lowish pay and not many openings to move up to. It's expected of employees to put in an above average amount of hours.
