What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The facilities should be upgraded or at least redecorated. It feels so impersonal and lackluster. If starting salaries can't be increased, then raises should be more frequent and forthcoming.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything feels right at this firm. The opportunities to learn and the mentorship from senior employees is excellent. I can't imagine there ever being a better fit for a young, developing lawyer.

What did you not like about this institution?
Facilities are not perfect. Your clients may be underwhelmed when they visit. The parking is not spacious, either. Salaries are only average or slightly below.
