What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should have events where they socialize with the associates. There are a lot of people that have problems being able to do their jobs because management is more concerned about letting people take care of projects that they may not have expertise about.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are decent. Sometimes there are great amenities for employees. People I work with are nice. I like the resources management offers us.

What did you not like about this institution?
The superiors and partners at this place can do a better job of interacting with the subordinates. Sometimes, projects and cases are difficult to take care of because of management's lack of communication. It's something that I hope they take care of.

Keep doing what you're doing, this is an excellent place to work. Great people, great work environment, great company culture.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a great staff that's always super friendly. Hard-work is part of their culture, but they like to have fun, too. They do great work.

What did you not like about this institution?
This would not be a good fit for someone who is looking for more of an average work environment and doesn't want to excel in their career.

There's no one to avoid here - the people are friendly and enjoyable to work with. I can't think of anyone who you would want to avoid.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The people are great, and the culture is employee-focused. This makes the firm a great place to work because they balance challenging work with good people.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish the management threw fewer birthday, anniversary, and team-appreciation parties. It is too easy to gain weight at this office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have enjoyed my many years at this firm. The attorneys are knowledgeable, experienced, but friendly and approachable. Big city caliber with small town feel. Relationships between attorneys and staff are friendly and ego-free. The place has a "team" feel.

What did you not like about this institution?
The free parking is a bummer. So is not getting to drive my car in rush hour traffic every single morning. : )

I can't think of anyone -- partners, associates, or staff -- who anyone would want to (or need to) avoid. Everyone is great.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
My favorite thing about this firm is the team approach they take to projects. Everyone has a niche, but everyone is willing to work together. The weekly attorney meetings to discuss new cases are very helpful.
